Accountabilities:

As an Assistente de Talent Acquisition, you will support the recruitment team in attracting and engaging technology professionals while ensuring an organized and efficient candidate journey. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting active sourcing and market mapping of technology professionals through platforms such as LinkedIn, based on role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Conducting initial candidate outreach and assisting with interview scheduling alongside Talent Acquisition professionals.
• Supporting candidate screening processes and standardizing resumes according to internal recruitment guidelines.
• Maintaining accurate candidate pipelines within recruitment systems, ensuring candidate statuses are updated throughout the hiring process.
• Developing recruitment expertise by participating in interviews and learning how to evaluate technical and cultural alignment.
• Collaborating with the recruitment team to improve processes and deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Managing multiple candidate interactions while maintaining organization, responsiveness, and attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Motivation to learn, grow, and develop a consultative approach to recruitment.
• Previous experience with sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or LinkedIn Recruiter is considered a plus.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) platforms is an advantage.
