Accountabilities:

In this role, you will act as a key liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring efficient resolution of issues and maintaining high service quality standards.

• Coordinate with internal teams such as operations and legal to resolve customer-related issues
• Respond to client inquiries and support resolution of service requests and escalations
• Handle and manage escalated or unresolved cases with accuracy and professionalism
• Maintain strong customer relationships while addressing concerns and problem situations
• Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve underlying issues effectively
• Gather and translate customer information into clear technical or operational requirements
• Track, document, and update all client interactions and issue resolutions accurately
• Support training efforts by documenting solutions and best practices for internal teams
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and departmental goal development

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Healthcare, Banking, Finance, or related fields
