Working closely with creative directors, art directors, strategists, and designers, you will help set the tone for breakthrough integrated ideas.

Accountabilities:
You will lead the development of high-level campaign narratives, messaging systems, and brand voice frameworks that define how brands communicate across channels and audiences. You will partner with creative and strategy teams to shape integrated concepts and ensure storytelling excellence across all deliverables.
- Define and evolve brand voice systems, messaging architectures, and campaign narratives
- Lead creative direction and copy development for high-visibility, integrated campaigns
- Partner with creative leadership to shape breakthrough conceptual ideas and storytelling approaches
- Mentor writers and creative teams, elevating craft, clarity, and consistency across workstreams
- Contribute to the adoption of emerging technologies and AI-assisted creative workflows
- Ensure all copy aligns with strategic intent, cultural relevance, and brand standards
Requirements:
This role requires deep expertise in copywriting and brand storytelling, along with the ability to lead creatively and influence stakeholders at all levels. You should bring strong conceptual thinking, a refined creative voice, and experience guiding narrative-driven campaigns in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
- 5+ years of experience in copywriting, brand storytelling, or integrated campaign development (agency or equivalent)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual creativity, strategic thinking, and high-level writing craft
- Experience building messaging systems, campaign narratives, and brand voice frameworks
- Proven ability to lead creative work and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong understanding of culture, digital trends, and emerging creative technologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills
