Accountabilities:
The Associate Director Media Strategy & Planning will lead the development and execution of advanced digital media strategies, managing large-scale paid campaigns while driving performance, innovation, and client success. The role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking, and the ability to guide teams and stakeholders toward impactful outcomes.
- Lead strategic media programs across diverse global client portfolios, delivering recommendations and action plans focused on business growth and ROI.
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with customer acquisition and engagement objectives.
- Manage and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, social media channels, and programmatic media solutions.
- Oversee campaign performance through tracking, automation, reporting, and continuous optimization initiatives.
- Analyze results, prepare business reviews, and present insights and growth opportunities to stakeholders.
- Guide customer experience testing strategies, including creative optimization, landing page improvements, conversion testing, and journey enhancements.
- Manage resources, budgets, and account profitability while ensuring delivery against performance goals.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering strong execution standards and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with clients, product teams, and cross-channel specialists to create integrated marketing solutions.
- Drive technical and strategic improvements across media operations and campaign processes.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a senior digital marketing professional with extensive experience managing paid media strategies, leading teams, and delivering measurable business results. Strong analytical abilities, communication skills, and experience working with complex digital ecosystems are essential.
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with deep expertise in paid media strategy and campaign management.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end digital media programs, from planning and execution to optimization and reporting.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and social media advertising platforms.
- Experience managing large-scale paid campaigns across multiple channels and markets.
- Excellent presentation skills and confidence communicating insights and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex challenges into actionable recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, with strong analytical and academic performance.
- Advanced knowledge of programmatic media and advertising technology platforms, including DMPs, SSPs, and ad servers, is a plus.
