This role sits within a specialized employee benefits technology team focused on delivering software solutions that support benefits enrollment, compliance, and HR automation for client organizations. You will play a key role in implementing and configuring systems that help employers and employees manage health and benefits programs more efficiently. The position involves hands-on technical work, data validation, and system setup, combined with direct client interaction and problem-solving. You will contribute to ensuring accurate, high-quality deployments through testing, auditing, and troubleshooting activities. Working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, you will also support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a detail-oriented role where precision, technical curiosity, and client service directly influence implementation success.
Accountabilities
- Execute and support software implementation projects, including data uploads, audits, and configuration for client benefits platforms.
- Build, test, and troubleshoot EDI files and system integrations using third-party tools to ensure accurate data exchange.
- Perform quality assurance and root cause analysis to identify and resolve system or data issues during implementation.
- Conduct testing and validation of platform functionality to ensure proper system performance prior to client deployment.
- Support client meetings, training sessions, and presentations related to system setup and functionality.
- Provide ongoing client support and respond to technical inquiries related to platform configuration and usage.
- Collaborate with internal teams and contribute to documentation, SOP improvements, and knowledge sharing initiatives.
Requirements
This role requires strong attention to detail, technical aptitude, and experience in software implementation or data-driven environments. Candidates should be comfortable working with clients, managing deadlines, and learning complex systems quickly.
- Associateβs or Bachelorβs degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 2β5 years of experience in software implementation, data operations, or related technical roles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with database or data management tools.
- Ability to analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and perform root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional and client-focused approach.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality assurance.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information.
- Preferred: experience in insurance, HR, or financial services environments.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 5%).
