Accountabilities:
- Lead and coordinate end-to-end delivery of customer onboarding and managed service transition projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and success criteria are clearly defined and achieved.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal technical teams, facilitating communication, expectation setting, and progress tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
- Translate customer requirements into structured project plans, assigning tasks to engineering resources and ensuring accountability across all stakeholders.
- Monitor project execution using project management tools, ensuring updates, documentation, and reporting are accurate, timely, and accessible.
- Collaborate with account and onboarding teams to confirm scope, service inclusions, and financial or invoicing-related requirements.
- Manage project coordination tasks such as service order initiation, information requests, and conversion of orders into actionable project workflows.
- Support engineers and cross-functional teams in resolving blockers and maintaining momentum through clear communication and structured follow-up.
Requirements:
- 1–3+ years of experience in project coordination, project management, professional services, or customer delivery roles.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage timelines, task tracking, and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact confidently with technical and non-technical audiences.
- Basic understanding of IT concepts such as cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and disaster recovery.
- Familiarity with technologies such as Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Azure or other cloud environments, and networking fundamentals.
- Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, ServiceNow, or similar platforms is highly valued.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, adaptability, conflict resolution, and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2) are a plus but not required.
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary range of $50,000–$65,000 depending on experience and location
- Career growth opportunities with progression into senior project delivery and leadership roles
- Exposure to modern IT environments including cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services
- Training and development opportunities to build project management and technical delivery skills
- Collaborative and fast-paced work environment focused on learning and professional growth
- Opportunity to work closely with engineering, account management, and customer teams across diverse projects
- Inclusive and equal opportunity workplace with a strong focus on employee development.
