This role sits at the intersection of project delivery, customer engagement, and cross-functional coordination, supporting complex energy efficiency installations across a diverse portfolio of commercial clients. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clarity, alignment, and a consistently high-quality experience from planning through installation. Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and technical project teams, you will help translate operational progress into clear, structured communication for clients and stakeholders.
