This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an Associate Staff Engineer, Salesforce Health Cloud in India.
This role is centered on designing and delivering scalable Salesforce Health Cloud solutions that support modern healthcare workflows and patient management systems. You will contribute to building and enhancing solutions that span care plans, patient profiles, care teams, and health timelines, ensuring they meet both business and clinical requirements. The position requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to translate healthcare needs into robust Salesforce architectures. You will also play a key role in development, solution design, and technical leadership within a fast-evolving digital engineering environment. The role combines hands-on Salesforce development with architectural thinking and mentoring responsibilities. It is well-suited for engineers passionate about healthcare technology and scalable enterprise solutions.
Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce Health Cloud solutions including care plans, patient profiles, assessments, care teams, and health timelines.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate healthcare requirements into scalable and well-structured Salesforce technical designs.
- Develop high-quality solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce configuration best practices.
- Support solution architecture design aligned with Health Cloud capabilities, enterprise standards, and healthcare regulations.
- Ensure secure, scalable, and compliant implementations aligned with healthcare standards such as HIPAA, FHIR, HL7, and EHR integrations.
- Act as a technical advisor, supporting design discussions, code reviews, and solution improvements across teams.
- Assist in UAT, production deployments, and release support activities.
- Troubleshoot complex technical and integration issues while driving continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior developers and help maintain high engineering and delivery standards.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development with strong exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce configuration.
- Strong understanding of Health Cloud data models, care management processes, and healthcare workflows.
- Experience working with healthcare integration standards such as FHIR, HL7, and EHR systems.
- Ability to translate business and clinical requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices for performance, security, and scalability.
- Experience in technical mentoring, solution design, or team leadership roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to manage complex troubleshooting scenarios.
- Excellent communication skills with experience working across technical and business teams.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
