You will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, and advising on a wide range of partnership and commercial agreements that enable scalable sales through indirect channels. Accountabilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate partner agreements, channel contracts, and related commercial documents supporting indirect sales and strategic partnerships.
- Provide clear, practical legal advice to internal stakeholders on contract terms, risk exposure, compliance, and negotiation strategies.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, documentation accuracy, and alignment with internal legal and business policies.
- Support partner-led sales initiatives by aligning legal structures with business objectives and facilitating deal execution.
- Assist in resolving contract disputes and legal issues in collaboration with senior legal counsel and business leaders.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws and regulations impacting technology services and partnership arrangements.
- Contribute to the development of scalable contract frameworks and innovative partnership models supporting business growth.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 4+ years of legal experience focused on commercial contracts, including drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
- Strong background in contract law, commercial negotiation, and risk assessment in a business context.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate legal concepts into practical business guidance.
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of contracts while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to balance legal risk with commercial goals while exercising sound judgment.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working across legal, sales, and operational teams.
- Preferred experience in technology services, telecommunications, or channel/partner ecosystems.
