Accountabilities:

The Audio Content Manager will be responsible for managing the full content lifecycle, from planning and production coordination to performance analysis and continuous improvement. This role requires strong ownership of content operations, the ability to identify growth opportunities, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Own and manage the audio and video content production and publishing pipeline, ensuring sufficient volume and consistent quality.
• Define content volume targets, create execution plans, and monitor progress through regular performance tracking cycles.
• Identify gaps in delivery plans, diagnose challenges, and implement corrective actions to maintain content objectives.
• Analyze content performance metrics, including volume, quality, conversion, and retention, and create reports or dashboards to support decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to improve service growth through new content sources, formats, and monetization strategies.
• Collaborate with Product, Production, and AI/Technology teams to launch and improve content-related initiatives.
• Test and implement AI-powered tools to increase content production efficiency and streamline workflows.
• Ensure all content meets platform guidelines, quality standards, and user experience expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners involved in content creation.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has experience managing content operations within digital, media, social, or entertainment environments, with strong analytical abilities and a results-oriented mindset.

• 2+ years of experience managing content operations, audio/video production, or digital content projects, preferably within social, media, or entertainment industries.
• Strong understanding of content metrics, conversion funnels, retention analysis, and KPI management.
• Proven ability to independently define goals, track performance, and deliver measurable results.
• Fluency in English (B2+) and Russian (C1+); Spanish or Chinese knowledge is a plus.
• Experience using Google Sheets or Excel for reporting, analysis, and performance tracking.
• Basic understanding of audio and video production processes.
• Experience using AI tools for content generation, optimization, or workflow automation.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Bitrix is a plus.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive approach with strong ownership, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
