This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Automation Producer (Integrated Producer) based in India.
This role sits at the intersection of creative production, automation, and large-scale digital content delivery, supporting high-volume, multi-market campaigns for leading beauty and eCommerce brands. You will oversee end-to-end production of static and motion assets, ensuring they are efficiently adapted, localized, and delivered across multiple European markets. Acting as both a project leader and client-facing partner, you will translate complex technical briefs into high-quality, scalable outputs. The role blends creativity with operational excellence, leveraging automation tools and AI-driven workflows to improve speed, consistency, and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with creative, production, and technology teams in a fast-paced, global environment. This is a high-impact position where your ability to manage complexity directly contributes to large-scale campaign success and brand growth.
Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end production and delivery of static and motion content across large-scale, multi-market beauty and eCommerce campaigns.
- Manage campaign rollouts, ensuring all outputs align with technical briefs, brand guidelines, and local compliance requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including creative, production, and technology stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Act as the primary client-facing contact, managing communication, expectations, and status updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize automation tools, AI technologies, and production workflows to streamline processes and improve delivery efficiency.
- Oversee quality control across all stages of production, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high creative standards.
- Monitor project performance and deliver insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in workflows and execution.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project or Integrated Producer within an advertising agency, ideally focused on beauty, eCommerce, or consumer brands.
- Proven experience delivering both motion (video/animation) and static (digital/print) content at scale across multiple markets.
- Demonstrated involvement in at least one automation-driven production or content workflow project.
- Strong client-facing experience with the ability to interpret, challenge, and execute technical and creative briefs effectively.
- Solid understanding of integrated campaign production, automation workflows, and digital content adaptation.
- Working knowledge of AI tools and their application in creative production environments.
- Strong communication skills with experience working across global or multi-regional teams (UK/EMEA exposure is a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Experience in or strong understanding of the beauty industry is highly preferred.
