This is a senior leadership opportunity focused on driving technical success across clinical technology deployments in a complex healthcare environment.
You will lead a Technical Success team responsible for deployment, adoption, optimization, and ongoing support of clinical applications used by practices and radiologists.
The role combines people leadership, strategic planning, technical expertise, customer partnership, and data-driven operational improvement.
You will act as a trusted advisor to clinical stakeholders while representing the voice of radiologists and end users across product and engineering teams.
A major focus will be ensuring successful technology adoption, optimizing clinical workflows, and identifying opportunities to expand the use of innovative AI-enabled solutions.
You will work closely with senior executives, Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and practice leadership to resolve complex issues and guide platform evolution.

Accountabilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop the Local Technical Success Team, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and ongoing professional development.
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing team culture through regular touchpoints, constructive feedback, knowledge sharing, and clear performance expectations.
- Develop and execute technical success strategies covering clinical platform deployment, adoption, optimization, and ongoing operational support.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities for process improvements, operational efficiencies, and enhanced technical service delivery.
- Establish and monitor KPIs including adoption rates, deployment timelines, user satisfaction, workflow efficiency, and other indicators of technical success.
- Build strong relationships with practice leaders and radiologists, serving as a trusted technical advisor and escalation point for clinical application issues.
- Champion the voice of end users by gathering clinical feedback and ensuring insights are incorporated into product development, workflow improvements, and platform enhancements.
- Oversee practice onboarding, end-user training, technical enablement, and ongoing application optimization to support effective adoption and a productive clinical experience.
- Maintain deep expertise in the clinical technology ecosystem, including platform capabilities, reporting and drafting tools, radiology workflows, and supporting systems.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and technology leadership on roadmaps, platform enhancements, deployment strategies, and technical success initiatives.
- Partner with Legal and Compliance teams to ensure clinical technology deployments meet applicable regulatory, contractual, security, and operational requirements.
- Serve as a senior escalation point for technical issues raised by operators, radiology leaders, practices, and other clinical stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Provide product and engineering teams with structured feedback from end users to support innovation and continuous platform improvement.
- Support the creation of technical enablement materials, training resources, implementation guides, and workflow optimization playbooks.
- Analyze application usage, workflow metrics, and user feedback to identify trends, risks, adoption opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities to expand platform adoption and recommend additional tools, capabilities, or workflows aligned with practice and radiologist needs.
- Prepare and present technical success, adoption, deployment, and operational performance reports to senior leadership.
- Use data-driven insights to guide strategic decisions, prioritize initiatives, and continuously improve the technical success operating model.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field or equivalent professional experience.
- 10+ years of experience working with medical imaging workflows and supporting clinical end users and radiologists in technical environments.
- At least 5 years of experience within the radiology industry, with a strong understanding of clinical technology and operational workflows.
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams and driving complex technology initiatives in healthcare or clinical environments.
- Proven experience leading clinical application deployments, end-user adoption, and workflow optimization.
- Strong knowledge of radiology infrastructure, networking, PACS, RIS, enterprise imaging platforms, cloud-native technologies, and AI-powered clinical applications.
- Experience using data analytics and application usage information to identify trends, measure adoption, and inform operational decisions.
- Ability to communicate, present, influence, and build credibility effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive and C-suite audiences.
- Strong relationship-building, listening, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple practice deployments and optimization initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business and clinical outcomes.
- Strong critical-thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

Benefits:
- Base salary: $200,000–$215,000 annually, with final compensation determined by factors including experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and other qualifications.
