This role offers an opportunity for an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to help strengthen the quality of continuing education within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
You will review educational content, provide clinical guidance, and help ensure professional learning materials are accurate, relevant, and valuable to behavior analysts.
The position is designed for a qualified clinician who enjoys contributing expertise beyond direct service delivery and supporting the ongoing development of fellow ABA professionals.
You will collaborate closely with a Learning & Development team, offering thoughtful feedback that helps shape meaningful and practical educational experiences.
The commitment is intentionally lightweight, requiring approximately two hours per month for content review and related clinical input.

Accountabilities
- Serve as a BCBA ACE Provider supporting continuing education initiatives and helping maintain the clinical and professional quality of educational offerings.
- Maintain the qualifications and credentials required for the ACE Provider role.
- For candidates who do not already hold the ACE Provider credential, participate in the process of pursuing the appropriate credential while meeting applicable eligibility requirements.
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to review newly developed continuing education content.
- Evaluate educational materials for clinical accuracy, relevance, applicability, and alignment with evidence-based ABA principles and professional standards.
- Provide clear, constructive, and actionable clinical feedback on educational materials.
- Identify areas where content requires clarification, revision, additional context, or improvement.
- Partner with the Learning & Development team to refine educational materials and strengthen the quality of professional learning experiences.
- Dedicate approximately 2 hours per month to reviewing newly developed content and providing associated clinical guidance.
- Support the development of meaningful continuing education opportunities that help ABA professionals strengthen their knowledge and clinical practice.
- Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, continuous learning, and professional development.
- Complete content reviews consistently and within agreed timelines while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
Requirements
- Current BCBA certification in good standing.
- Either an existing ACE Provider credential or at least 5 years of experience as a certified BCBA with eligibility and willingness to pursue the appropriate ACE Provider credential.
- Strong understanding of evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis principles and clinical practices.
- Demonstrated clinical judgment and professional expertise relevant to reviewing educational content for behavior analysts.
- Experience evaluating professional, clinical, or educational materials for accuracy and relevance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate feedback clearly, professionally, and constructively.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify inaccuracies, gaps, ambiguities, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Learning & Development professionals and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong interest in professional development, continuing education, and advancing the field of ABA.
- Ability to work independently, meet review timelines, and provide thoughtful feedback with minimal supervision.
- Experience developing or reviewing continuing education content is a plus.
- Experience in clinical education, professional training, or mentoring BCBAs, RBTs, or other ABA professionals is advantageous.
- Familiarity with technology-enabled learning platforms is beneficial.
