This contract role sits within a high-volume financial services environment where precision, speed, and strong partner relationships are essential to daily success. You will play a key part in ensuring retail and lease contracts are funded accurately and efficiently, directly contributing to dealer satisfaction and operational performance. Working in a bilingual (FrenchโEnglish) setting, you will act as a critical link between dealers, internal teams, and funding systems. The role requires a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. You will review documentation, resolve contract discrepancies, and ensure compliance with funding policies and internal controls. This is a fast-paced, structured environment where accuracy and service quality have a direct impact on business outcomes and customer experience.
Accountabilities:
- Process retail and lease contracts, including rebooks, using internal systems (eBiz and LOS), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with funding requirements.
- Respond to dealer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner, supporting strong relationships and high levels of dealer satisfaction.
- Review contract documentation to identify errors or inconsistencies and communicate required corrections clearly to dealers and stakeholders.
- Support reporting activities and ensure funding-related documentation aligns with internal policies, controls, and compliance standards, including SOX requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support funding processes and resolve operational or procedural issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure adherence to established business procedures, operational guidelines, and system controls.
- Prioritize competing requests effectively while meeting strict deadlines in a high-volume processing environment.
Requirements
- College diploma or university degree in a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in data processing, financial services, or captive finance environments.
- Strong working knowledge of automotive retail and lease contract structures (asset).
- Bilingual proficiency in French and English (written and spoken) is required.
- Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external partners.
- Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a disciplined approach to compliance and process adherence.
