This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Binding and Packaging Associate based in the United States.

As a Binding and Packaging Associate, you’ll play an important hands-on role in ensuring publications are prepared accurately and efficiently for delivery.
You’ll work within a print production facility, inspecting finished magazines, packaging publications, and preparing shipments according to established quality standards.
Your attention to detail will help ensure every finished product is properly bound, bundled, organized, and ready for mailing.
You’ll collaborate closely with the production and mailing teams in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
The position requires physical activity, reliability, and a willingness to support different production tasks as priorities change.
This is a seasonal opportunity running from mid-October through January 2027, with the potential for permanent employment.
The role is ideal for a dependable, hands-on team player who takes pride in quality work and is comfortable working evening and overnight hours.

Accountabilities:

    • Inspect bound magazines and publications to ensure they meet established quality and production standards.
    • Identify and promptly report quality issues or defects to the appropriate team members.
    • Securely strap bundled publications and place them in the correct mail totes or designated mailing pallets.
    • Pack and organize mail pallets according to established packaging and mailing standards.
    • Move completed and incomplete mail pallets safely to the appropriate mailing or production zones.
    • Maintain an organized, efficient, and quality-focused work area throughout the production process.
    • Support mailing and print production operations by taking on additional duties as assigned.
    • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain production efficiency and meet deadlines.
    • Follow workplace procedures and safety expectations while handling materials and equipment.
    • Requirements:

      • Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment.
      • Hands-on approach with a strong focus on completing tasks accurately and efficiently.
      • Ability to lift and handle materials weighing more than 35 pounds.
      • Dependable, flexible, and willing to take on different responsibilities as production needs change.
      • Coachable mindset and openness to learning new processes and procedures.
      • Strong attention to detail, particularly when inspecting finished publications and preparing shipments.
      • Ability and willingness to work the required schedule of Monday through Thursday, 3:15 p.m. to 1:45 a.m. Central Time.
      • Willingness to work overtime when required to support production demands.
      • Ability to work on-site in the Irving, Texas / DFW area.
      • Authorization to work in the United States.
