Accountabilities:
As a Brand Content Designer, you will be responsible for creating and executing high-quality visual content across digital channels. You will work closely with creative and growth teams to transform ideas into engaging assets that support brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth.
- Create and edit video content for social media platforms and advertising campaigns using product materials, user-generated content, and existing creative assets.
- Design visual assets for Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ads, newsletters, email marketing, and other digital channels.
- Produce images, videos, and creative materials using artificial intelligence tools to accelerate content production.
- Manage and publish content consistently across social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Create briefs for content creators and edit UGC materials into effective performance marketing assets.
- Support the development of visual content and short-form copy for email marketing and SMS campaigns.
- Participate in the planning and execution of digital campaigns focused on brand visibility, communication, and growth.
- Analyse content performance metrics and recommend improvements based on results and audience behaviour.
- Repurpose existing content into multiple creative variations to support testing and optimisation efforts.
- Ensure all content aligns with established brand guidelines and creative direction.
- Collaborate with marketing, growth, and design teams to deliver projects efficiently and consistently.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a creative content professional with experience producing digital assets for brands, social media, and performance marketing campaigns. You should combine strong design skills with an analytical mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- 3+ years of experience creating content for social media, digital campaigns, or direct-to-consumer brands.
- Proven experience producing and editing video content using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar platforms.
- Experience creating visual content with AI-powered tools for images, video, and creative workflows.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or equivalent software.
- Strong understanding of content formats and best practices for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta platforms.
- Experience developing performance-focused creative assets for advertising campaigns.
- Ability to interpret content performance metrics and use insights to improve creative results.
- Strong organisation skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative, marketing, and growth teams.
- Portfolio demonstrating relevant work across social media content, advertising creatives, and video projects.
- Experience with DTC brands, beauty, skincare, wellness, technology, UGC creators, or digital advertising is a plus.
- Basic copywriting skills for social media, newsletters, email marketing, and SMS campaigns are valued.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Veo, Kling, or similar platforms is a plus.
