This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Brand & Social Strategist based in the United States.
This is a hands-on brand and social role focused on strengthening an organization’s organic presence and market visibility.
You will own day-to-day social execution and the editorial calendar across priority channels, with a strong emphasis on LinkedIn.
The role combines strategic thinking with exceptional writing, storytelling, and content development skills.
You will bring customer stories, company news, product developments, and industry insights to life for B2B audiences.
You will also support executive thought leadership and help maintain a consistent, compelling brand voice across key touchpoints.
Working cross-functionally with marketing, creative, communications, and product teams, you will help turn business priorities into engaging content.

Accountabilities
- Social Strategy & Execution: Execute the organic social strategy, editorial calendar, and daily content delivery across priority channels, particularly LinkedIn, ensuring consistent and timely publishing.
- Content Creation: Develop original, social-first content designed to increase brand awareness and engagement among target B2B audiences while adhering to established messaging and brand guidelines.
- Executive Thought Leadership: Support senior executives with social content, ghostwriting, content recommendations, and thought leadership initiatives that strengthen their external presence.
- Brand Voice: Apply and reinforce a clear, consistent brand voice and tone across social channels and relevant marketing communications.
- Storytelling: Identify compelling stories from customers, products, employees, and industry developments and transform them into engaging content using established storytelling frameworks.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor social listening insights and performance data, test different approaches, and use results to continuously improve content effectiveness.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with content, creative, communications, product marketing, and other teams to execute campaigns and integrated content initiatives.
- Content Planning: Balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution, maintaining an organized workflow and ensuring social initiatives support broader positioning and marketing objectives.
- Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in social media, content marketing, communications, or a related discipline, ideally within B2B technology or SaaS.
- Social Media Expertise: Demonstrated success executing social media programs and managing editorial calendars for B2B audiences.
- Writing & Editing: Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for corporate brands, senior executives, and social audiences.
- Brand & Storytelling: Strong instincts for brand development, narrative construction, audience engagement, and identifying stories with meaningful business potential.
- Executive Support: Experience developing content for senior executives and supporting thought leadership programs.
- Platform Knowledge: Strong understanding of LinkedIn and other B2B-focused social platforms, including their content formats and audience dynamics.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret social performance data and listening insights and translate findings into practical content improvements.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse marketing and business stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Comfortable balancing strategic priorities with hands-on content execution in a fast-paced environment.
- Base salary: $73,000–$80,000 annually, with a base salary of up to $80,000 depending on qualifications, experience, and work location.
- Bonus: Eligibility for an 8% annual bonus and an additional discretionary bonus opportunity.
