Accountabilities:
As a Business Analyst focused on customer strategy and insights, you will support business teams by delivering high-quality analysis, reporting, and recommendations that drive strategic initiatives. Your work will help stakeholders better understand performance, identify growth opportunities, and make informed decisions through data-driven approaches. Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a primary point of contact between the analytics team and business stakeholders, including sales, operations, and leadership teams.
- Analyzing customer, market, and competitive data to uncover trends, opportunities, and potential areas for improvement.
- Developing reports, dashboards, presentations, and data visualizations that clearly communicate insights and recommendations.
- Defining and tracking key metrics, business scenarios, roadmaps, and action plans to support decision-making.
- Selecting and applying appropriate analytical methods and tools to solve complex business problems.
- Managing multiple priorities while ensuring analytical projects remain aligned with business objectives and deadlines.
- Translating quantitative findings into practical recommendations that improve customer growth and operational performance.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable working independently, navigating ambiguity, and collaborating with multiple teams to solve complex problems. Required qualifications and preferred experience include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, sales forecasting, strategic planning, or a related analytical role.
- Proven experience working with large datasets and performing quantitative analysis.
- Experience using SQL, Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau, Looker, or similar reporting and visualization tools.
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience sharing insights with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Experience in the telecommunications industry or similar technology-driven environments is a plus.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build trusted relationships across cross-functional teams.
Benefits:
