This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Business Analyst | Junior/Mid based in Brazil.
This is an opportunity for a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical delivery in a collaborative, remote environment.
You will work closely with clients, third parties, and development teams to understand needs and shape practical solutions.
The role involves translating business requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications, and actionable business rules.
You will remain engaged throughout the development lifecycle, helping teams resolve functional questions and validate deliveries.

Accountabilities
- Understand business contexts, objectives, and needs by engaging directly with clients and third parties.
- Gather, analyze, and document functional and business requirements, recommending feasible solutions for the product.
- Translate client inputs and demands into clear, complete user stories with the information required by development teams.
- Detail and communicate business rules, ensuring technical teams have a consistent understanding of functional requirements.
- Clarify functional questions throughout the development lifecycle, following deliveries through production deployment and testing during the warranty period.
- Facilitate alignment between clients, third parties, and technical teams to ensure end-to-end understanding and successful delivery.
- Support agile ceremonies and requirements refinement, helping stakeholders maintain clarity around priorities, scope, and expected outcomes.
- Experience with requirements gathering, business analysis, and/or functional analysis.
- Practical experience writing user stories and documenting business rules for software development teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both clients and technical professionals.
- Experience working with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Familiarity with task and project management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Experience facilitating refinement sessions and aligning multiple stakeholders.
- A collaborative, dynamic, and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to navigate different perspectives and translate business needs into actionable requirements.
