Accountabilities:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for expanding client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. - Develop and execute business development strategies to grow opportunities across audit, tax, and advisory service areas.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate brings significant experience in business development, relationship management, and professional services sales. Success in this role requires a consultative mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to create trusted partnerships with clients and internal teams.
- 7β10 years of experience in business development, sales, or client growth roles within professional services environments such as accounting, consulting, or legal services.
- Established business network and strong market relationships within the Bay Area region.
- Proven success generating leads, developing opportunities, and converting prospects into long-term business relationships.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to engage executives and decision-makers.
- Experience using CRM and sales intelligence platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, PitchBook, ZoomInfo, Outreach, or Salesforce is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of business development initiatives.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a drive to identify new opportunities.
