This role is a high-impact, full-cycle sales position focused on driving new client acquisition and long-term revenue growth within a specialized MedTech consulting environment. You will take ownership of complex, high-value consulting engagements, guiding prospects from initial outreach through contract signature. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives, you will build strong relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders while deeply understanding their regulatory, technical, and business challenges. You will collaborate closely with internal engineering, delivery, and quality teams to design tailored solutions that meet highly regulated software development needs. This position blends strategic consultative selling with hands-on execution across pipeline development, proposals, and negotiations. It is an opportunity to directly influence firm growth while shaping long-term client partnerships in a fast-evolving industry.
Accountabilities:
- Own the full business development lifecycle, including prospecting, qualification, solution scoping, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure for high-value consulting engagements.
- Drive new logo acquisition through outbound prospecting, networking, industry events, and strategic partnership development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with VP and C-level executives across MedTech and regulated software organizations.
- Collaborate with internal delivery, engineering, and quality teams to design tailored consulting solutions aligned with client needs.
- Develop account strategies focused on long-term growth, multi-year partnerships, and sustained revenue expansion.
- Manage pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy, and CRM-based tracking using tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences and events, acting as a brand ambassador and market-facing advisor.
- Provide market insights to leadership to inform positioning, ICP refinement, and service offering development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 5+ years of full-cycle B2B sales experience in consulting or professional services environments.
- Proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar ($MM+) consulting or services-based deals with long sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of MedTech, medical device software, or regulated digital health environments.
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders such as VP Engineering, VP Quality, VP Regulatory, or Chief Digital Officers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with executive-level audiences.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to build and execute complex account plans.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot and strong pipeline management discipline.
- Bonus: experience with SaMD, FDA-regulated software, IEC 62304, ISO 14971, ISO 13485, or EU MDR frameworks.
