Accountabilities
- Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for media buyer customers, identifying and prioritizing high-value opportunities that support long-term business growth.
- Build trusted relationships with prospective clients, strategic partners, agencies, and other key stakeholders across the performance marketing ecosystem.
- Provide consultative product guidance by understanding customer objectives and recommending tailored solutions that maximize business outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with executive leadership to define commercial strategies, refine ideal customer profiles, and expand market presence.
- Lead the full business development lifecycle, from prospecting and qualification to deal negotiation, customer onboarding, and revenue growth.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, networking events, and speaking engagements to strengthen brand visibility and generate new opportunities.
- Gather customer feedback, monitor market trends, and share actionable insights with product, marketing, and leadership teams to influence future strategy.
- Utilize CRM platforms, sales enablement tools, AI solutions, and business development technologies to optimize workflows, pipeline management, and execution.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within the affiliate marketing, mobile advertising, adtech, or performance marketing industry.
- Proven success in closing commercial deals and developing long-term relationships with customers, partners, or agencies.
- Existing professional network within the affiliate marketing or performance advertising ecosystem is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising technologies, including ad tracking, conversion measurement, integrations, postbacks, and data-driven marketing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with complete fluency in English.
- Strong commercial mindset with exceptional prioritization, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional and international teams in remote or hybrid work environments.
- High level of ownership, initiative, adaptability, and results orientation within fast-paced, evolving organizations.
- Comfortable using AI-powered productivity tools and modern sales technologies to improve efficiency and business performance.
- Previous experience speaking at industry conferences or representing a business at professional events is considered an advantage.
