This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of sales operations, outbound strategy, and go-to-market execution. The position is responsible for leading and scaling a high-performing outbound development team while building the systems, campaigns, and tooling that drive consistent pipeline generation. You will operate as a people leader, campaign architect, and technical operator, ensuring outreach strategies are both data-driven and highly effective. The role requires close collaboration with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to align outbound efforts with broader business priorities. With ownership of performance analytics and outreach infrastructure, you will directly influence revenue growth and pipeline quality. This is a hands-on leadership position in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where experimentation and continuous optimization are core to success.
Accountabilities
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of 7 Business Development Representatives, ensuring high performance, skill development, and consistent achievement of outreach and pipeline goals.
- Design, test, and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns across email, phone, LinkedIn, and other engagement channels, continuously improving conversion and response rates.
- Develop structured onboarding, training, and playbooks covering messaging, objection handling, product knowledge, and outreach best practices.
- Own outbound performance analytics, tracking KPIs such as outreach volume, reply rates, meetings booked, opportunities created, and pipeline contribution.
- Conduct regular call reviews, coaching sessions, and workshops to improve messaging effectiveness and objection handling.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and customer success to align outbound campaigns with strategic initiatives and product priorities.
- Manage CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy to ensure reliable performance visibility and forecasting.
- Configure and optimize AI-powered sales development tools and outbound automation platforms to improve efficiency and scalability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or marketing operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven experience managing or mentoring sales development or outbound teams in a high-growth setting.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Salesforce, including reporting, dashboards, and pipeline tracking.
- Experience with outbound engagement platforms such as Apollo or similar tools, with familiarity in AI-enabled sales technologies preferred.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate performance metrics into actionable growth strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Experience in healthcare SaaS or regulated industries is a plus.
