You will be responsible for generating qualified leads, engaging decision-makers, and closing B2B IT staffing and staff augmentation opportunities.
The position offers full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting and outreach to negotiations and account onboarding.

Accountabilities:
The Business Development Manager will own the complete business development lifecycle, focusing on creating new revenue opportunities through proactive prospecting, relationship building, and successful deal execution. This role requires a strong sales mindset, independence, and the ability to consistently build and manage a healthy pipeline.
- Build and execute targeted lead generation strategies to identify potential clients within the Indian IT ecosystem.
- Research prospects, identify technology hiring needs, and create outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and cold calling.
- Engage with key stakeholders including engineering leaders, talent acquisition heads, procurement teams, and business decision-makers.
- Generate qualified sales opportunities and schedule discovery meetings with prospective clients.
- Own the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, requirement understanding, negotiations, contract discussions, and account onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with GCCs, product companies, and technology organizations.
- Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and opportunity tracking through CRM systems with strong attention to accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client staffing requirements.
- Provide market insights, customer feedback, and growth opportunities to support business development strategies.
- Consistently work toward revenue targets while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a proactive B2B sales professional with proven experience in IT staffing or staff augmentation. They should be comfortable working independently, building relationships from scratch, and managing the full sales process in a remote environment.
- 3–6 years of direct B2B sales and lead generation experience, specifically within IT staffing, recruitment services, or staff augmentation.
- Proven track record of acquiring new clients and generating business opportunities in the Indian market.
- Strong understanding of GCCs, product companies, and technology hiring ecosystems.
- Hands-on experience using sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach platforms, and CRM systems.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
- Hunter mindset with the ability to handle rejection, pursue opportunities, and consistently drive results.
- Self-motivated, organized, and accountable while working independently in a remote setup.
- Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and propose suitable staffing solutions.
- Preferred location: Pune or Hyderabad for easier client engagement and occasional business interactions.
