This role is a key entry point for driving new business opportunities and expanding market presence. You will be responsible for generating leads, building pipelines, and qualifying prospects to support the sales team’s growth objectives. Accountabilities:
- Achieve monthly quotas by scheduling prospect meetings and creating new sales opportunities.
- Conduct high volumes of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to generate interest and identify qualified leads.
- Qualify prospects and hand off sales-ready meetings to Account Executives.
- Utilize CRM and sales tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, and 6Sense to track accounts, leads, and activities.
- Respond to incoming inquiries, providing accurate information and initiating engagement with potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team and report progress to the Business Development Manager.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in lead generation or sales development, ideally with phone, email, and CRM tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, or 6Sense.
- Self-motivated, persistent, and results-driven with the ability to overcome rejection and stay focused on targets.
- Quick learner, adaptable, and able to rapidly integrate new processes and approaches.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with professional and persuasive delivery.
- Team-oriented mindset, able to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Experience in Public Sector sales or BDR roles is a plus, with a minimum of 1 year in a similar function.
