You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospects through structured multi-channel outreach, helping create meaningful early-stage opportunities for the sales organization. Accountabilities:
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns across email, phone, and social channels to generate qualified meetings and build a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct discovery conversations with enterprise and mid-market prospects to identify needs, qualify opportunities, and convert them into Sales Accepted Opportunities.
- Research target accounts and industries to identify key stakeholders, buying signals, and tailored outreach strategies.
- Manage and track all prospecting activities, pipeline updates, and performance metrics using CRM systems such as Salesforce.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align on account strategies, campaigns, and outreach execution.
- Participate in events and campaigns to engage prospects, generate leads, and support broader pipeline generation efforts.
- Continuously refine outreach processes and contribute to best practices and knowledge sharing within the sales development team.
Requirements:
- 1โ3+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or outbound sales, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to run structured outbound prospecting sequences using phone, email, and social platforms.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce and sales engagement tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Outreach platforms).
- Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated persistence, resilience, and a results-driven mindset in achieving KPIs and targets.
- Good understanding of business structures, decision-making processes, and enterprise sales cycles.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced, and performance-oriented environment.
- English proficiency required for global collaboration and communication.
