This role offers a dynamic opportunity to drive growth by generating and qualifying top-of-funnel opportunities through strategic partnerships and direct outreach. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, partners, and customer stakeholders to identify new opportunities, shape engagements, and expand the organization’s presence across key accounts. Accountabilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, customer stakeholders, and program teams
- Proactively generate and qualify new business opportunities across existing and net-new accounts
- Collaborate with partner teams to drive introductions, joint conversations, and opportunity discovery
- Work closely with internal Account Executives to engage opportunities early in the sales lifecycle
- Establish repeatable engagement cadences with partners, including sales enablement and opportunity shaping
- Track partner activities, funding signals, and priorities to identify where solutions can add value
- Share customer and partner insights with Growth and Engineering teams to refine strategy
- Represent the organization at industry events, partner meetings, and working groups
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably with complex or regulated customers
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, comfortable with proactive outreach
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with partners to drive joint business outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and provide clear updates
- Growth mindset, curiosity, and bias for action in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Ability to understand technical solutions and align them to customer or partner needs
- Comfort working in a remote-first, collaborative team culture
