You will identify high-potential prospects, research their business challenges, and create relevant, insight-driven outreach.
The position combines strategic account research with high-volume outbound prospecting across email, phone, and LinkedIn.
You’ll continuously test messaging, analyze results, and refine your approach to improve conversion and meeting generation.
Close collaboration with Account Executives will ensure prospects receive a seamless experience from initial outreach through handoff.

Accountabilities
- Generate outbound pipeline across a high-volume portfolio of commercial accounts through structured prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct detailed account and prospect research to understand business priorities and develop clear hypotheses around how the solution can address specific challenges.
- Craft personalized, insight-led messaging that connects prospect needs with relevant business outcomes.
- Test outreach strategies and messaging, analyze performance data, and continuously refine approaches to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Manage a dynamic prospect pipeline, prioritizing activities effectively across multiple accounts and moving qualified leads efficiently through the sales funnel.
- Partner closely with Commercial Account Executives to align outreach strategies, coordinate prospect engagement, and ensure well-qualified handoffs.
- Use sales engagement and CRM platforms to execute organized sequences, maintain accurate prospect records, track activities, and monitor performance.
- Take ownership of individual results while proactively identifying opportunities to improve prospecting processes and overall team performance.
- Demonstrated experience in business development or BDR responsibilities, with strong fundamentals in outbound prospecting, objection handling, and meeting generation.
- Ability to conduct thorough account research and translate business insights into relevant, personalized prospect messaging.
- Experience working with sales engagement platforms such as Outreach or Salesloft and CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use performance metrics to identify what is working and adapt quickly.
- Ability to maintain consistent quality and attention to detail while handling a high volume of prospecting activity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing activities across a diverse account portfolio.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership without waiting for direction.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a genuine interest in continuous experimentation and improvement.
- Compensation: Approximately $65,000–$120,000 OTE annually, based on a standard 40-hour work week.
- Hourly pay range: $31.00–$58.22, with actual starting compensation determined by factors including qualifications, experience, and location.
- Additional compensation: Total direct compensation may include base salary, bonus, and equity value.
- Overtime eligibility: This is a non-exempt position eligible for overtime pay in accordance with applicable law.
