This is a fully remote sales opportunity focused on generating new business and building pipeline for an innovative SaaS environment.
You will serve as an important first point of contact for prospective enterprise clients, identifying opportunities and engaging key decision-makers.
The role combines strategic prospect research, outbound outreach, lead qualification, relationship building, and sales technology.
You will work closely with sales and marketing teams to turn qualified prospects into meaningful opportunities and support revenue growth.
Success is measured through clear activity, pipeline, conversion, and quota-based objectives, making this an ideal role for a motivated, metrics-driven professional.

Accountabilities:
- Research target accounts, prospective clients, and key decision-makers using platforms such as LinkedIn, Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and other sales intelligence tools.
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, marketing events, and other outbound prospecting channels.
- Build and maintain a qualified territory pipeline aligned with sales priorities and growth objectives.
- Consistently achieve or exceed individual sales quotas and activity-based performance targets.
- Meet weekly KPIs across outbound activities, including calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and other prospecting efforts.
- Qualify prospects using established criteria such as BANT, assessing business needs, authority, timing, and potential fit.
- Schedule high-quality meetings between qualified prospects and members of the sales team.
- Build professional relationships with prospects by understanding their business challenges and connecting them with relevant solutions, product information, and customer success stories.
- Serve as a knowledgeable and responsive first point of contact, creating a positive prospect experience throughout the qualification process.
- Collaborate closely with sales representatives to ensure effective handoffs and continuity from initial outreach through the next stage of the sales cycle.
- Partner with marketing teams by providing feedback on campaign performance, lead quality, messaging, and market response.
- Maintain accurate and current prospect, activity, and pipeline information in Salesforce.
- Track and report key performance indicators, including outreach volume, conversion rates, qualified opportunities, and pipeline growth.
- Analyze prospecting results and continuously refine outreach approaches to improve efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness.
- Follow applicable security and privacy policies and complete required training to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company information and systems.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, lead generation, or another customer-facing role; SaaS experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with modern sales technology, including Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, AI-powered sales tools, and related platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline preferred.
- Understanding of SaaS products, technology solutions, and relevant industry trends is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage prospects clearly and professionally.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, including the ability to handle objections and maintain productive conversations.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented, with the discipline to perform effectively in a fully remote and independent environment.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple prospects, activities, and priorities simultaneously.
- Highly process-oriented, with a commitment to consistency, accurate CRM management, measurable performance, and continuous improvement.
- Comfortable working toward activity-based KPIs, sales quotas, and clearly defined performance objectives.
- Ability to remain composed under pressure and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment.
- Candidates must reside in the U.S. Central or Mountain Time Zones.
