This role sits at the center of business operations, systems, and data, ensuring that cross-functional teams can operate efficiently and make informed decisions at scale. You will act as a key enabler across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations by improving workflows, maintaining core business systems, and strengthening data quality and reporting. The position combines systems thinking, analytical problem-solving, and process optimization to enhance overall operational performance. You will work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions, while continuously identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency gains. This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where your work directly impacts day-to-day execution and long-term operational maturity. You will help ensure the organization runs smoothly, with reliable systems, clear insights, and optimized processes.
Accountabilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and improving business systems, reporting, and operational processes to enable efficient cross-functional execution.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to analyze, optimize, and improve business processes across the organization
- Support the administration and continuous improvement of core systems such as CRM, ERP, and marketing automation platforms
- Troubleshoot system issues, manage enhancement requests, and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency
- Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting tools for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership teams
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability through ongoing data quality and governance efforts
- Support system integrations and workflows across platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, and related tools
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to identify automation opportunities and improve system performance
- Assist with employee onboarding, system access, documentation, and internal training resources
- Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, and operational knowledge bases
- Leverage automation and AI tools to streamline reporting, documentation, and operational workflows
Requirements:
The ideal candidate brings experience in business systems, operations, or revenue operations, with strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- 3+ years of experience in business operations, revenue operations, sales operations, or business systems roles within a SaaS or technology environment
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce; exposure to administration is a plus
- Familiarity with business tools such as HubSpot, NetSuite, or similar platforms
- Understanding of system integrations and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Celigo, Informatica, or similar) is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify process improvement opportunities
- Experience building reports, dashboards, or performance tracking tools for business stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate business needs into technical or operational solutions
- Collaborative mindset with comfort working across multiple departments and stakeholders
- Curiosity and adaptability when learning new systems, tools, and technologies
