In this pivotal role, you will drive operational effectiveness and enhance customer experiences across the operations organization. You will collaborate closely with leadership to identify high-impact challenges and design data-informed solutions. Accountabilities
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives to drive measurable improvements in conversion, productivity, and revenue.
- Partner with sales leadership to define and optimize core sales processes including lead assignment and performance management.
- Identify, design, and execute process improvements across Fulfillment to enhance operational efficiency.
- Define business requirements and guide the implementation of Sales technology, including CRM systems.
- Develop a deep, data-driven understanding of customer and operational experiences to influence strategy.
- Educate stakeholders with data-driven evidence to inform organization-wide metrics and processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective teamwork.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy and operations, or sales operations.
- Proven experience managing sales enablement tools and platforms.
- Experience in building data dashboards for various departments.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency in Excel and BI tools.
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
