Accountabilities:

The Business Systems Manager will oversee the administration, development, and optimization of Salesforce and ERP platforms while ensuring enterprise applications effectively support business objectives.

• Own Salesforce administration, configuration, customization, and ongoing development activities.
• Build and maintain Salesforce Flows, validation rules, Apex functionality, Lightning components, and other platform enhancements.
• Manage Salesforce security settings, roles, permissions, and data models to ensure effective and compliant system usage.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions to support business decision-making.
• Lead Salesforce enhancements, testing, releases, documentation, and user adoption initiatives.
• Provide Salesforce training and support to users across sales, marketing, and operations teams.
• Support and enhance manufacturing ERP processes, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce, ERP systems, and other enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, supply chain, and leadership teams to improve business processes.
• Coordinate with external vendors, implementation partners, and technology providers when needed.
• Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions and maintain an application roadmap aligned with company priorities.
• Identify automation opportunities and process improvements to increase efficiency across departments.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce expertise with business systems experience and the ability to collaborate directly with business stakeholders.

• 5+ years of experience in business systems, enterprise applications, or Salesforce-focused roles.
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration and development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Flows, security models, reports, dashboards, and platform configuration.
• Working experience with Apex and Lightning components, including LWC or Aura.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP systems and other business applications.
• Ability to gather requirements, manage priorities, and deliver solutions in collaboration with business teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience supporting manufacturing ERP systems such as proALPHA, SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms is preferred.
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer I are a plus.
• Background in manufacturing, distribution, industrial environments, CPQ, quoting systems, or sales operations tools is beneficial.
• Experience managing vendors or implementation partners is preferred.
