This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Campaign Management Assoc Manager based in India.
As a Campaign Management Assoc Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of impactful digital marketing campaigns and creative production initiatives. This role combines strategic thinking, creative leadership, project management, and operational excellence to deliver high-quality marketing assets across multiple channels. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, creative teams, and cross-functional partners to transform business objectives into compelling customer experiences. The position requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, content production, and brand storytelling while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will also play a key role in mentoring teams, optimizing workflows, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end project management and operational delivery of campaign creative and content production activities across multiple digital and non-digital marketing channels.
- Partner with senior leadership, clients, and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate requirements into effective creative solutions.
- Manage campaign planning, resource allocation, workload balancing, timelines, and delivery tracking to ensure high-quality outcomes within agreed deadlines.
- Drive accountability across creative teams by managing dependencies, identifying risks, resolving challenges, and establishing effective escalation processes.
- Conceptualize and guide the development of marketing assets including email campaigns, websites, videos, print materials, digital experiences, and other creative formats.
- Provide creative direction and strategic input to ensure assets align with brand guidelines, customer experience goals, and campaign objectives.
- Manage team performance, support talent development, mentor creative professionals, and ensure the right resources are assigned to the right projects.
- Monitor operational and financial performance of creative teams while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and delivery quality.
- Stay updated on emerging marketing trends, design practices, technologies, and digital innovations to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with designers, copywriters, video specialists, and other creative professionals to develop engaging multimedia content.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; a degree in Design, Communications, Visual Design, or a related field is preferred. A postgraduate qualification or diploma in Business Administration is an advantage.
- 8–10+ years of experience in creative production, campaign management, digital marketing operations, or a similar creative-focused role.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and creative projects from concept development through final execution.
- Strong expertise in creative design tools including Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
- Solid understanding of typography, print production, video creation, digital design principles, web/mobile experiences, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to develop creative concepts, interpret business requirements, and transform ideas into engaging marketing solutions.
- Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience leading creative teams, mentoring professionals, and managing team performance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate with senior leaders and clients.
- Strong understanding of branding, marketing, advertising, customer experience, and digital commerce principles.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines, adapt to changing priorities, and manage shifting project requirements.
- Experience working in a marketing agency, creative production environment, or multi-departmental organization is preferred.
- PMP or similar project management certification is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work Australia/APAC shift timings and adapt to different schedules when required.
