This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact branded content campaigns with a strong emphasis on paid social. You will manage the end-to-end execution of multi-channel campaigns, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure creative work aligns with client goals and performance objectives. The position combines strategic planning, creative production, and campaign optimization, requiring a mix of project management, social media expertise, and audience-focused storytelling. You will contribute to content strategy, test innovative social formats, and help evolve branded content offerings. Accountabilities:
- Manage full lifecycle of branded content campaigns across social, articles, and video formats.
- Write clear, engaging, and platform-tailored copy that resonates with target audiences.
- Oversee production timelines and coordinate creative resources, including designers and video producers.
- Partner with client success teams to ensure messaging alignment and incorporate feedback.
- Launch, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns on platforms such as Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Test new ad formats, social content approaches, and campaign strategies to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with research teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness and apply insights to future initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in content production and campaign management, including hands-on paid social experience.
- Strong knowledge of paid social platforms, ad formats, and ad manager tools.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, audience behaviors, and brand activation strategies.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different platforms.
- Proven project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience in media publishing or agency environments is preferred; experience in the parenting category is a plus.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana.
- Collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills.
