This role is a key driver of operational excellence for revenue marketing, ensuring campaigns are executed seamlessly, tracked consistently, and reported clearly across teams. You will partner with marketing, sales, and lifecycle teams to orchestrate campaigns end-to-end, from planning and execution to performance analysis and optimization. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a highly cross-functional environment, enjoys building scalable processes, and wants to ensure campaign efforts translate into measurable impact. You will be responsible for improving operational efficiency, creating repeatable workflows, and delivering insights that inform strategic marketing decisions. Accountabilities
- Partner with Marketing Ops and cross-functional teams to ensure campaign setup, tracking, and execution are accurate and consistent
- Manage campaign intake, planning support, and execution readiness for all marketing programs
- Ensure leads, signals, and prospect data are routed correctly and followed up promptly
- Execute and coordinate cross-functional campaign email sends and one-off initiatives
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance, pipeline impact, and engagement trends
- Support campaign planning, orchestration, and continuous improvement of processes and documentation
- Implement best practices to increase efficiency and scalability across the campaign engine
Requirements
- 4–7+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign operations, or revenue operations
- Strong knowledge of campaign execution, tracking, and reporting in B2B SaaS, including UTM management and marketing attribution
- Hands-on experience building dashboards and reports using marketing automation, CRM, or BI tools
- Familiarity with ABM and signal-based prospecting platforms (e.g., 6sense, Common Room)
- Admin-level expertise in HubSpot and Salesforce
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities across teams
- Data-driven with strong attention to detail and operational excellence
- Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and lifecycle teams
