Accountabilities:
- Support organizational, business transformation, and cultural change initiatives by delivering structured change management services across multiple projects.
- Develop and execute comprehensive change strategies aligned with business objectives, project goals, and organizational priorities.
- Design and implement communication, stakeholder engagement, sponsor, coaching, training, and resistance management plans to facilitate successful change adoption.
- Conduct change impact assessments, organizational readiness evaluations, and stakeholder analyses to identify risks and opportunities throughout project lifecycles.
- Monitor adoption metrics, engagement levels, and change effectiveness using measurable indicators, adjusting strategies when needed to maximize outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and long-term sustainability of change initiatives.
- Apply agile methodologies and AI-enabled tools to enhance change planning, stakeholder readiness, communication effectiveness, and business performance.
- Support multiple concurrent projects while adapting priorities to meet evolving business needs and resource requirements.
- Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across change management initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of professional experience supporting change management and communication initiatives using recognized change management methodologies.
- Experience presenting recommendations, project updates, or change initiatives to senior leadership.
- Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and project delivery practices.
- Familiarity with AI tools and their application in organizational change and business transformation.
- Strong understanding of change management frameworks, methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience developing change strategies, communication plans, training initiatives, stakeholder engagement plans, and resistance management activities.
- Ability to conduct organizational impact assessments, readiness analyses, and adoption planning.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience measuring change success through reporting, analytics, and performance metrics.
- Strong organizational, project coordination, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
