This role sits at the center of global cloud ecosystems and strategic systems integrator partnerships, driving high-impact co-sell motions and enterprise software adoption at scale. You will design and execute commercial frameworks that embed security-focused DevSecOps solutions into large transformation programs led by hyperscalers and global consulting firms. The position blends strategy and execution, requiring you to build pipeline, structure complex deals, and accelerate cloud marketplace transactions. You will act as a key connector between sales, product, and partner organizations, ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders and geographies. With accountability for revenue performance, you will help unlock new enterprise customers and expand existing cloud commitments. Accountabilities:
- Design and execute global alliance and co-sell strategies across hyperscaler ecosystems and tier-1 global system integrators.
- Build and manage structured partner programs that drive pipeline generation, revenue growth, and enterprise account expansion.
- Develop and maintain commercial frameworks, including cloud marketplace transactions and private offers, to accelerate deal cycles.
- Drive joint business planning, forecasting, and quarterly performance reviews with strategic partners.
- Lead pipeline management and forecasting activities with high accuracy and visibility across partner-influenced deals.
- Enable partners through training, certification programs, and structured go-to-market playbooks.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Solution Engineering teams to execute joint campaigns and product launches.
- Identify, recruit, and assess new strategic partners aligned with growth objectives and ecosystem priorities.
- Ensure strong account mapping between internal sales teams and partner organizations to maximize coverage and alignment.
- Support execution of joint initiatives, events, and ecosystem programs to generate net-new enterprise opportunities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B channel sales, alliance management, or partner ecosystem development within enterprise software or cloud environments.
- Strong experience working with hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure) and/or global system integrators.
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets through partner-led or co-sell motions.
- Deep understanding of cloud marketplaces, co-sell frameworks, and complex enterprise deal structures.
- Strong commercial acumen with ability to build scalable go-to-market and partnership strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior executives.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively across strategic and operational levels.
- Experience in demand generation, partner enablement, and joint pipeline development programs.
- Strong analytical and forecasting skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Highly proactive, adaptable, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
