You will oversee core enterprise functions including Finance, People & Culture, IT, and Legal/Business Affairs, ensuring they operate as integrated drivers of performance rather than siloed support units. The position requires a leader who can balance structure with creativity, enabling innovation while maintaining operational rigor. Accountabilities:
In this role, you will lead enterprise-wide operations, ensuring strong alignment between strategy, execution, and organizational infrastructure. You will serve as a key partner to the CEO and executive team, driving operational excellence across all core business functions.
- Oversee and integrate enterprise operations across Finance, HR (People & Culture), IT, and Legal/Business Affairs
- Design and continuously improve scalable operating systems, governance structures, and organizational processes
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable operating plans, performance metrics, and execution frameworks
- Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and long-term financial modeling in collaboration with Finance leadership
- Ensure strong internal controls, compliance, audit readiness, and financial transparency for executive and Board reporting
- Drive talent strategy across recruitment, performance management, compensation, succession planning, and organizational design
- Oversee legal, risk, and governance functions including contracts, compliance, intellectual property, and vendor management
- Guide enterprise IT strategy, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives
- Build systems for organizational performance tracking, cross-functional alignment, and decision-making efficiency
- Lead and develop senior operational leaders while fostering a culture of accountability, clarity, and continuous improvement
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a seasoned executive with deep experience in enterprise operations, organizational scaling, and cross-functional leadership. You are equally comfortable engaging with Boards, executive teams, and operational stakeholders while driving clarity in complex environments.
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience with responsibility for enterprise operations
- Proven experience scaling organizations in nonprofit, for-profit, or hybrid environments
- Direct oversight experience across Finance, HR, IT, and Legal/Business Affairs functions
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
- Experience working with Boards and governance committees in a strategic advisory capacity
- Ability to design and implement scalable operating models, systems, and performance frameworks
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at executive and Board level
- Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and organizational design capabilities
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity while maintaining execution discipline
- Preferred: MBA or equivalent advanced degree; CPA or relevant certifications a plus
