This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Chief Transformation and AI Officer based in Germany.
This is a senior enterprise leadership role responsible for shaping and scaling the organization’s AI, intelligence, and transformation agenda across its platform, products, and advisory capabilities. You will define the vision and operating model for how data, analytics, and AI are embedded into both client-facing solutions and internal operations. The role combines strategic leadership, product innovation, and enterprise transformation, with direct influence on how intelligence is created and delivered to global clients. You will work closely with senior executives to translate complex signals into actionable insights that shape client strategy and outcomes. A key focus will be building scalable, commercially viable intelligence products and AI-driven capabilities that strengthen competitive differentiation. This is a highly visible role requiring both strategic foresight and hands-on execution in building modern data and AI-powered organizations. The environment is fast-moving, global, and deeply focused on innovation at the intersection of technology, advisory, and stakeholder intelligence.
Accountabilities
- Define and lead the vision, strategy, and operating model for the organization’s AI, intelligence, product, and platform capabilities.
- Drive enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance client delivery, operational efficiency, and new product creation.
- Build, scale, and commercialize intelligence platforms, products, and methodologies that translate stakeholder and market data into actionable insights.
- Embed data-driven intelligence capabilities across advisory services to enhance decision-making and client outcomes.
- Evaluate emerging technologies, AI tools, and data sources to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Serve as a senior market-facing leader, advising executive clients and translating complex analytics into strategic recommendations.
- Strengthen the organization’s thought leadership presence through industry engagement, partnerships, and external visibility.
- Lead cross-functional teams across product, data science, engineering, research, and analytics to deliver scalable intelligence solutions.
- Oversee enterprise transformation initiatives, including adoption of AI-enabled tools and new operating models.
- Partner with senior leadership to align intelligence capabilities with long-term commercial and strategic growth objectives.
Requirements:
- Extensive leadership experience building and scaling multidisciplinary teams across product, data science, engineering, analytics, and research.
- Proven P&L ownership at scale (ideally $50M+), with demonstrated success driving revenue growth and operational performance.
- Deep expertise in AI transformation, analytics, and technology-enabled business model innovation.
- Strong track record of translating data, intelligence, and emerging technologies into scalable commercial products or services.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives in AI, data, or digital innovation contexts.
- Strong understanding of how AI and data-driven insights can be embedded into advisory, consulting, or professional services environments.
- Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence CEOs and senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate market trends and design forward-looking technology and product strategies.
- Strong entrepreneurial leadership style with experience building high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Recognized thought leadership or industry presence in AI, analytics, intelligence, or product innovation is highly desirable.
