Accountabilities
- Analyze and process complex workers' compensation claims.
- Negotiate settlement of claims within designated authority.
- Manage reserves and claim payments accurately.
- Prepare state filings within statutory limits.
- Coordinate vendor referrals for investigation and litigation management.
- Communicate effectively with claimants and clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with relevant certifications.
- Five years of claims management experience required.
- Expertise in insurance principles and law for the line of business.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
