This role sits at the intersection of insurance, legal, and operations, focused on transforming how claims are managed within a fast-scaling mobility environment. The Claims Manager will oversee a complex portfolio of commercial auto, personal injury, and employment-related claims across multiple jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and strategic visibility. You will play a key role in identifying risk patterns, improving claims resolution outcomes, and strengthening reserve and reporting practices. Working closely with insurers, third-party administrators, and internal stakeholders, you will help shape a more proactive and data-driven risk function. The position requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to translate claims data into actionable business insights. You will also contribute to insurance renewals, litigation trend analysis, and cross-functional risk mitigation strategies. This is a high-impact role in a rapidly evolving organization where operational discipline directly supports safer and more reliable mobility services.
Accountabilities:
- Manage the end-to-end claims portfolio across commercial auto, personal injury, and employment claims, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and lifecycle oversight
- Monitor claim trends across regions, identifying operational or managerial patterns and escalating emerging risks proactively
- Track reserves, case milestones, and settlement activity to ensure accuracy and consistency across the portfolio
- Build and maintain systems for real-time claims visibility and structured reporting for leadership
- Partner with operations, safety, legal, and HR teams to translate claims data into actionable risk mitigation strategies
- Support insurance renewal processes by preparing claims analysis, risk narratives, and performance summaries
- Coordinate with insurance carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators to ensure data accuracy and accountability
- Develop dashboards and KPIs to measure claims performance, resolution efficiency, and litigation trends
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in claims management, insurance, risk management, or related analytical roles
- Strong background in data analysis, statistical methods, and performance measurement frameworks
- Experience managing complex claims portfolios across multiple jurisdictions or business units
- Ability to identify trends and translate claims data into strategic business insights
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with high attention to detail and discretion
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field preferred
- Experience in transportation, mobility, insurance, or operations-heavy environments is a plus
