This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless client experience during onboarding, verification, and ongoing account support. The Client Engagement Specialist will interact with clients via email, live chat, and other platforms, assisting with documentation, account setup, and transactional inquiries. The position plays a crucial role in maintaining compliance, detecting potential risks, and escalating issues to appropriate teams. The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced, fully remote environment, delivering professional, empathetic, and efficient support while collaborating across global teams. This is an opportunity to enhance client satisfaction, contribute to process improvements, and actively support the success of new and existing clients.
Accountabilities:
- Manage client onboarding and verification, reviewing and validating documentation for accuracy, compliance, and regulatory standards
- Assist clients with account funding, withdrawals, and general inquiries, ensuring smooth transactional processes
- Support remediation initiatives, guiding clients through document resubmission and re-verification
- Identify and escalate potential risks, suspicious documentation, or compliance issues to relevant teams
- Communicate account status, verification requirements, and promotional offers clearly and professionally
- Maintain accurate client records, ensuring data privacy, integrity, and confidentiality
- Follow established operational procedures and quality standards while delivering an exceptional client experience
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance onboarding, verification, and client support workflows
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or business support within a global or shared services environment
- Strong interest and knowledge of cryptocurrency and digital assets
- Understanding of client satisfaction metrics such as CSAT and NPS
- Excellent attention to detail, process adherence, and workflow accuracy
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Ability to explain complex procedures clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work on a 24/7 rotating schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills, and commitment to data privacy and compliance
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Zendesk or Salesforce is a plus
- Fluency in additional languages (French, Portuguese, Italian, German, Russian, Turkish, Chinese, Korean) is desirable
