This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Client Program Manager – Tax & Regulatory Solutions based in Brazil.
This role operates at the intersection of client governance, program delivery, and regulatory change management, ensuring complex tax and compliance initiatives are executed with clarity and control. You will act as the primary coordination point for enterprise clients, overseeing cross-functional delivery across ERP ecosystems. The position plays a critical role in aligning internal teams and external stakeholders around timelines, risks, and dependencies. You will engage directly with senior client stakeholders, ensuring transparency in execution and proactive management of expectations. The environment is highly dynamic, global, and structured around large-scale SAP and Oracle-based programs. This is a strategic, client-facing leadership role where communication, influence, and risk management directly shape delivery success and customer trust.
Accountabilities:
- Serve as the primary client-facing governance lead for Tax & Regulatory programs, ensuring structured communication, alignment, and transparency throughout the program lifecycle.
- Lead executive status meetings, governance forums, and reporting cycles, ensuring stakeholders are fully informed of progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate across multiple internal teams (Project Management, Development, QA, Support, and Professional Services) to ensure seamless execution and delivery alignment.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage program risks, driving mitigation strategies and reducing escalation through structured issue management.
- Ensure all delivery commitments are aligned internally before external communication, maintaining consistency and operational feasibility across teams.
- Maintain program visibility through dashboards, reporting tools, and executive-level updates tailored to regional and global stakeholders.
- Support cross-functional alignment on regulatory changes, contributing to pre-sales discussions, client advisory sessions, and strategic consultations.
Requirements:
- 10–15+ years of experience in client-facing program management, ERP delivery, or complex enterprise implementation environments.
- Strong background working with SAP and/or Oracle E-Business Suite, ideally within large-scale, multi-country program structures.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional stakeholders in matrixed, global organizations with strong influence and coordination skills.
- Solid understanding of tax, regulatory, or compliance-driven programs, particularly within LATAM or Brazil (strong advantage).
- Excellent executive communication skills, with ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and translate complex topics into clear messaging.
- Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and risk management capabilities in high-pressure environments.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; Spanish is considered a plus.
