This fully remote opportunity is designed for motivated, service-oriented professionals who enjoy helping people and building meaningful client relationships.
You’ll connect with individuals and families through scheduled virtual and phone appointments, providing guidance on available benefits and coverage options.
The role combines customer service, benefits education, relationship management, and consultative insurance support.
You’ll receive structured training, mentorship, and guidance toward the required state licensing process.
Qualified client opportunities are provided, allowing you to focus on conversations and service rather than traditional cold prospecting.

Accountabilities:
- Connect with individuals and families through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide a professional client experience.
- Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits clearly and help clients evaluate options based on their individual circumstances.
- Provide needs-based recommendations, assist eligible clients with applications and enrollment, and support required documentation.
- Conduct applicable benefit or policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates and other service requests.
- Maintain accurate digital records and ensure timely, professional follow-up with clients throughout the relationship.
- Build trust and long-term relationships through active listening, responsive communication, and consistent customer service.
- Work with qualified client opportunities, including individuals who have expressed interest in receiving information about available benefits, without requiring traditional cold calling or lead purchasing.
- Participate in virtual training, coaching, mentorship, workshops, and ongoing professional development.
- Develop strong knowledge of applicable products, benefits, enrollment procedures, digital systems, and client-service practices.
- Pursue applicable state Life & Health Insurance licensing and complete activities requiring licensure only after meeting the relevant licensing requirements.
- Demonstrate accountability, organization, and dependable follow-through while working independently in a remote environment.
- Build professional capabilities that may support future progression into specialist, mentoring, team leadership, or management responsibilities.
- Previous insurance experience is not required; entry-level candidates, career changers, and professionals from customer-facing industries are welcome.
- Experience in customer service, administration, hospitality, retail, healthcare, education, banking, financial services, call centers, client relations, recruiting, sales, military service, or management can transfer well.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain information clearly and professionally.
- Excellent active-listening, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a genuine interest in helping individuals and families.
- Strong work ethic, self-motivation, personal accountability, and dependable follow-through.

- Ability and willingness to obtain the applicable state Life & Health Insurance License.
- Must be at least 18 years old, physically located in the United States, and legally authorized to work in the United States.
