Accountabilities:
The Client Sales Manager will be responsible for developing strong client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering strategic recommendations that support business objectives. The role requires ownership of revenue performance, account strategy, and ongoing client engagement across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Manage a portfolio of high-value homebuilder accounts, ensuring strong relationships, customer satisfaction, and long-term retention.
- Own sales targets and revenue goals, consistently working toward quarterly quota achievement and account expansion.
- Build trusted partnerships with clients through regular communication, strategic planning, and business reviews.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations that help clients optimize their investment and performance.
- Lead business reviews by analyzing results, identifying opportunities, and presenting actionable strategies.
- Deliver product education and training sessions to help clients maximize available solutions.
- Prepare forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to support decision-making and account planning.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in sales, account management, and strategic client engagement, with the ability to manage complex relationships and drive measurable revenue growth. They are comfortable working independently, analyzing performance data, and communicating effectively with senior stakeholders.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related client-facing role.
- Proven success managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships in a quota-carrying environment.
- Experience managing a significant recurring revenue portfolio and growing existing accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets through strategic account development.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple accounts, projects, and competing demands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting insights to clients and internal teams.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools, along with reporting and analytics solutions.
- Ability to translate data and insights into clear business recommendations.
- Familiarity with media, advertising, technology, real estate, or digital solutions is preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel approximately 15% of the time for client meetings and market visits.
