This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Clinical Specialist - REMOTE. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the quality of treatment and support provided to patients, by educating healthcare professionals on a comprehensive range of cardiopulmonary products. You will lead training sessions that may take place both in-person and online, fostering relationships with clinicians and ensuring seamless integration of advanced technologies. Your contributions will be essential in driving positive healthcare outcomes and improving the overall clinician experience.
Accountabilities
- Provide clinical and product education to Healthcare Professionals on cardiopulmonary products.
- Coordinate and deliver training programs on the company's products as necessary.
- Develop and maintain deep product knowledge of the cardiopulmonary portfolio.
- Build strong relationships and trust with clinicians and medical staff.
- Collaborate weekly with internal stakeholders for product installations and evaluations.
- Maintain a positive customer service approach during high-pressure situations.
- Anticipate and resolve complex clinical and technical problems.
- Support urgent clinical needs and provide product-related information as required.
- Attend trade shows and conferences to enhance clinical expertise.
Requirements
- 5+ years of clinical practice in Perfusion.
- Current or history of Certified Clinical Perfusionist Certification or Licensure.
- Strong teaching ability and desire to educate others.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual presentation tools.
- Ability to travel domestically (up to 80%) and work off hours as needed.
- Ability to meet hospital credentialing requirements.
