Accountabilities:
The Cloud Solution Architect will design, implement, and govern advanced AWS-based architectures while ensuring security, scalability, reliability, and compliance. The role requires strong technical leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to communicate complex solutions effectively to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Design and lead secure, highly available, and scalable cloud architectures primarily using AWS services.
- Define cloud strategies and architecture patterns across infrastructure, applications, data platforms, and integrations.
- Architect identity and access management solutions, including federated authentication, multi-factor authentication, IAM, and customer identity management.
- Drive best practices for event-driven and serverless architectures using services such as AWS Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, and SQS.
- Design scalable data engineering platforms supporting data ingestion, processing, enrichment, and API-driven integrations using AWS data services.
- Develop integration strategies for cloud-based contact center platforms and backend enterprise systems.
- Establish cloud security practices covering encryption, audit logging, data governance, compliance frameworks, and least-privilege access.
- Define and implement Infrastructure as Code solutions using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
- Build reusable IaC modules and establish standards for scalable, secure, and automated cloud deployments.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate infrastructure automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Review and govern IaC quality, security controls, version management, and deployment processes.
- Create architecture documentation, including technical decisions, trade-offs, and security considerations.
- Evaluate emerging cloud technologies and recommend improvements to architecture and operational efficiency.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly across technical teams, leadership, and business stakeholders.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate is a senior cloud architecture professional with deep AWS expertise, strong experience designing enterprise solutions, and the ability to lead complex cloud transformation initiatives.
