This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Cloud Solution Architect – D365 F&O (Supply Chain & Operations), Bilingual (Spanish–English) in the United States.
This role is a high-impact customer-facing architecture position focused on driving enterprise transformation through Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Supply Chain Management. You will act as a trusted advisor to global clients, translating complex business needs into scalable, cloud-based ERP solutions. The position blends deep technical architecture with strategic consulting, supporting customers through design, implementation, and adoption phases. You will lead workshops, influence solution roadmaps, and ensure successful delivery of finance and operations transformations. Working closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, you will help optimize supply chain resilience, financial processes, and operational efficiency. Accountabilities
- Lead the design and advisory of end-to-end Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Supply Chain Management solutions, ensuring alignment with customer business goals and long-term transformation strategies.
- Facilitate customer workshops and technical readiness sessions to identify opportunities for process optimization across finance, procurement, logistics, inventory, and supply chain operations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers and partners, resolving technical blockers, guiding go-live readiness, and ensuring smooth adoption using Microsoft best practices and Success by Design principles.
- Drive business value realization by aligning solution architecture with cloud consumption goals, customer success metrics, and operational efficiency outcomes.
- Identify expansion opportunities across Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem, including Power Platform and integrated ERP workloads.
- Provide technical leadership across architecture, integration, deployment, and performance optimization within complex enterprise environments.
- Contribute to internal IP development, best practices, and reusable assets while mentoring peers and supporting continuous practice improvement.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Supply Chain Management in enterprise environments.
- Strong background in ERP solution architecture, including implementation, integration patterns, Azure deployment, and lifecycle management.
- Experience in customer-facing consulting roles with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
- Deep functional knowledge of supply chain and finance processes such as procurement, inventory, warehouse management, production planning, and logistics.
- Familiarity with tools and methodologies such as Azure DevOps, LCS, RSAT, and Success by Design frameworks.
- Strong communication and bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with the ability to work across diverse global teams.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes and executive-level insights.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
