This role sits at the heart of a fast-growing global Web3 ecosystem, focused on building, nurturing, and scaling engaged communities across the United States.
You will be responsible for driving meaningful connections between builders, creators, and users through both online engagement and high-impact in-person activations.
The position blends community strategy, event execution, and grassroots ecosystem development to strengthen adoption and participation in a rapidly evolving blockchain network.
You will lead end-to-end planning of community programs, from concept and coordination to execution and performance measurement.
A strong emphasis is placed on developing local advocates and empowering community members to take ownership of regional initiatives.
This is a highly dynamic and hands-on role suited for someone passionate about Web3, decentralization, and community-led growth.
Accountabilities:
- Grow and nurture US-based communities through engaging content, digital initiatives, and consistent interaction across online and offline channels.
- Design and execute community activations, including workshops, meetups, and events across key US regions.
- Identify, mentor, and empower community leaders to support grassroots initiatives and local engagement efforts.
- Define event objectives, audiences, and success metrics in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Manage full lifecycle execution of community programs, including planning, budgeting, logistics, vendor coordination, and reporting.
- Develop and distribute community-focused content in partnership with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and engagement.
- Provide strategic input to improve community engagement programs and strengthen overall ecosystem growth.
- Represent the organization in community settings while fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and collaborative environment.
Requirements:
- 5β8+ years of experience in community management, community engagement, or ecosystem development roles.
- Proven experience managing both online and offline communities, ideally within Web3 or blockchain environments.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously in fast-paced settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
- Solid understanding of Web3 ecosystems, including DeFi concepts such as staking, DEXs, lending, and liquidity protocols.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and foster active, engaged communities.
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and aligning stakeholders around shared goals.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours as needed for events and activations.
- Strong passion for community building, inclusivity, and decentralized technologies.
