Concrete Finisher – Immediate Availability

Accountabilities:

• Perform concrete placing, finishing, leveling, smoothing, and related activities according to project specifications.
• Complete edging, floating, troweling, brooming, and other required concrete finishing techniques.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and other equipment used in concrete finishing.
• Assist with concrete preparation, forming, pouring, and finishing activities as required.
• Inspect finished surfaces to ensure they meet required quality standards and project specifications.
• Read and work from construction drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout construction activities.
• Follow all applicable site safety policies, procedures, and requirements.
• Work effectively with other crew members to meet project timelines and deliver quality results.
• Support other construction activities related to concrete work as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous professional experience as a Concrete Finisher is required.
• Strong knowledge of concrete finishing techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Experience on industrial, commercial, or civil construction projects is an asset.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and a consistent commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and work outdoors in varying conditions.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and capable of following site procedures and instructions.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a construction crew.
• Reliable transportation to and from project sites.
• Valid safety tickets and relevant site certifications are considered an asset.
• Immediate availability to begin work.
